Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process
Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Prepare and administer contracts for new trainees.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle inquiries regarding HR matters and provide guidance on policies
Maintain and update trainee's personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
Well-versed with Workday, HRP and recruitment platforms
Strong time management and priorities management skills
