Job Description

About The Role

In this role, you will,

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process
  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Prepare and administer contracts for new trainees.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle inquiries regarding HR matters and provide guidance on policies
  • Maintain and update trainee's personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Well-versed with Workday, HRP and recruitment platforms
  • Strong time management and priorities management skills
