Human Resource Senior/ Executive, Healthcare (Business Partnering)

What you'll be doing

• Partner stakeholders to deliver HR advisory and support across the employee lifecycle

• Execute core HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and staff wellness

• Facilitate employee engagement and manage feedback channels to foster a positive work culture

• Support HR projects, initiatives, and organisational events

• Drive process improvements and participate in innovation initiatives

• Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

• Prior working experience in HR operations or HR business partnering, preferably in healthcare or large organisations

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Good analytical skills with experience in HR reporting or data tracking

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
