Job Summary
Manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, policy development, training coordination, performance management, and reporting to support organizational growth and workforce effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by posting jobs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure timely staffing
- Resolve employee relations issues and grievances to promote a harmonious and productive workplace environment
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to uphold legal standards
- Draft and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current regulations and organizational needs
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth
- Support performance management and appraisal processes by facilitating evaluations and feedback sessions
- Provide HR reports and workforce insights to management to inform strategic workforce planning
