Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes across local and regional operations.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
Plan and execute learning and development initiatives to support workforce capability building.
Handle payroll processing, including overtime calculations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Administer employee compensation, benefits, and welfare programs in line with company policies.
Enforce workplace discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Support performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and evaluations.
Assist in workforce planning and budgeting exercises.
Participate in workplace safety initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Support union-related matters, including participation in collective agreement discussions.
Prepare and consolidate periodic HR reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Manage HR administration for foreign employees, including documentation and support services.
Conduct employee orientation and policy briefings to ensure understanding of company practices.
Prepare and adapt internal communications and documentation for workforce clarity and compliance.
