What You'll Do
Strategic HR & Stakeholder Partnering
Lead a HR team of 4 to deliver end-to-end HR services
Partner closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and people-related risks
Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning
Identify gaps in HR practices and drive continuous improvement
End-to-End HR Leadership
Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and offboarding
Design and implement learning & development programs
Manage performance reviews, talent development, and appraisals
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
Track HR metrics and use insights to improve HR processes
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing end-to-end HR including leading a team
Strong communication, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills
Partner effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive HR strategy
