Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing and procedures
• Creating strategic HR plans
• Administering compensation and benefits programs
• Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
• Supporting the performance review process
• Resolving conflict among employees
• Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
• Forecasting future staffing needs

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field of studies
• At least 8 years of working experience in HR field
• At least 3 years of experience in Managerial capacity
• Excellent people and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in efficient manner
• Candidates who are able to converse in Mandarin will have added advantage
• Candidates with experience working in the marine & offshore industry will have added advantage
