Reports to Managing Director of Singapore Branch Office
Lead HR initiatives that support project-based manpower planning and operational needs
Provide advice on HR policies, employment laws, and manpower challenges
Responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement and ensuring policies and statutory compliance
HR Manager will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment across project sites and the Head Office.
Support expatriate Korean staff in adapting to Singapore employment culture
Benchmark salaries to ensure competitiveness in the construction industry
Oversee performance appraisal processes and link outcomes to training and development plans
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a Managerial role
Preferably experience in a construction or civil industry
Strong knowledge of labor law and construction workforce practices (Work permits, employment passes, and MOM compliance)
Hands-on experience with work pass applications, renewals, and MOM guidelines compliance
Proven ability to liaise effectively with government authorities (MOM, ICA, unions, etc.) on visa, labor, and dispute matters
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and a diverse workforce across office and site environments
