Responsibilities

Supporting the HR Team for Research and Pharmacy Staff, the intern will be involved in the following:

1) Handle end-to-end recruitment for some research and pharmacy positions, including but not limited to:

• Provides support with posting and amending job advertisements.
• Screening and downloading resumes from different job portals; shortlisting them to recruiters for consideration.
• Interview scheduling for both onsite and virtual arrangements
• Coordinating the appropriate resources required for the interview sessions.
• Engaging and building strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, and other stakeholders, helping to ensure a positive hiring experience for all.
• Collating required documents for shortlisted applicants.

2) Support upcoming engagement and outreach initiatives by the R&P BP Team.

3) Assist in the pre-registration conversion for Pharmacy.

4) Any other duties / tasks as required by the department.
