Human Resource (HR) Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations
- Drive manpower planning and support business growth objectives
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and Ministry of Manpower requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices
- Strengthen workforce management, including foreign workforce governance
- Partner with management to enhance organizational performance and team capability
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/engineering
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour regulations
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
