We are looking for a dedicated HR to join our team. The role will focus on supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely updates of employee data.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee queries and provide HR-related support to staff and management.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may be considered).
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player.
