- Handle data clean-up and analysis for rewards and benefits, including consolidating information across business units and validating details
- Support HR operations by managing data-related tasks for the People Excellence team (about 50% of the role)
- Work on data transfers using existing templates and ensure accuracy of records
- Contribute to cross-team projects as the scope expands

Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup).
- Prior 1-2 years experience in HR data analysis or related work will be an aadvantage.
