Job Summary
Manage and execute HR policies, payroll, benefits, compliance, and reporting to support organizational effectiveness and ensure adherence to labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and update HR databases for timely processing
- Administer employee benefits and compensation packages to ensure competitive and fair offerings
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks
- Prepare and present HR-related reports to management for informed decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
- IHRP Certified Professional Certification

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage HR documentation and reporting
