- Support data clean-up and analysis for Total Rewards and Benefits, including consolidating information across business units and validating details in templates
- Contribute 50% of time to data-related work for the People Excellence team, focusing on HR operations
- Take part in upcoming project work with opportunities to broaden scope and responsibilities
- Learn and grow through hands-on exposure to both rewards/benefits and HR operations
- Work closely with different teams, gaining a wide view of HR processes and practices
- Develop strong skills in data handling, validation, and reporting while supporting key HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource or business with at least 1-2 years of HR Data Analysis or related experience.
- Proficient in Excel Skills
