Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the process of employee lifecycle events including recruitment, work applications & approvals, onboarding/offboarding, records keeping etc.
  • Functioning as the point of contact for HR operation matters, HR related enquiries and disciplinary cases.
  • Providing inputs for policies and processes.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Supporting tender team in sieving of candidates to propose for projects and answering HR related clarifications.
  • Functioning as a liaison between employees, management and clients for manpower needs
  • Handling people queries, grievances, concerns, issue resolution, emergency situations, etc.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as HRBP or generalist role
  • Minimum Diploma in HR or any relevant fields
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines/sudden situations
  • Proactive and does not avoid conflicts/difficult situations & employees
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with people at various levels, with sound influencing capability
  • Ability to negotiate and problem solve
