Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Administer payroll processing, leave management, and HR-related documentation.
- Support performance appraisal exercises and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate staff training, welfare programs, and team-building activities.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and management when required.
- Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
