We're looking for a proactive and people-centric HR executive to manage our human resource functions. You'll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, supporting our staff and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Key Responsibilities
1. People & Culture
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Organize company events and staff engagement activities
- Support internal communications and pulse surveys
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion
2. HR Operations & Systems
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and manage job postings
- Implement and improve HR systems and workflows
- Support payroll preparation by tracking attendance, leave, and bonuses
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
3. Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment law
- Review and update HR policies and employee handbook
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Proven experience in HR or administrative support roles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices
- Empathetic, approachable, and solutions-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
