Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Employee Administration
. Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparation of Letters of Appointment (LOA) and onboarding documentation.
. Maintain accurate employee
. Prepare HR related letters and documentation.
2. Work Pass Administration
. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
. Liaise with MOM, agents, and internal stakeholders on work pass matters.
3. Training & Compliance
. Coordinate training administration, including:
o Sourcing training courses and providers
o Tracking attendance and completion
. Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
. Support training cost and training hours tracking.
4. Employee Life Cycle Management
. Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including:
o Onboarding
o Confirmation
o Internal transfers
o Salary adjustments
o Cessation
. Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.
5. HR Reporting & Support
. Assist in maintaining HR reports
. Provide general HR administrative support and respond to basic employee HR queries.
