We are seeking a relationship-driven and passionate individual to be part of our HR team. You will play a crucial role in nurturing our human capital, as you identify the skillsets we need, source and attract individuals with the objective of building a strong current and future talent pipeline. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews, and onboarding of new hires
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience and hiring fit
- Liaise with statutory agencies and governing body on the necessary work passes
- Work closely with HR Team and hiring managers on their recruitment needs
- Conduct references and suitability checks
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience to ensure we attract a diverse set of qualified talents
Employee Engagement
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities across the organisation
- Liaise with various department across the organization
- Organise and coordinate company events and activities
Administration
- Maintain HR mailbox and re-direct the external email to the relevant HR personnel
- Welfare administration for life events such as ordering get well basket/wreath etc
- Leave administration i.e government-paid leave completion, submission of government-paid leave claims, annual leave carry forward exercise etc
- Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR related matters as and when needed

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
- Able to problem-solve according to varied situations, and think out of the box when required
- Able to operate and thrive in fast-paced environments and can multi-task priorities
- Able to build strong relationships at all levels of our organisation
- Preferably someone who has worked in a start-up environment and have done and familiar with recruitment
