Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee documentation.
  • Process and administer monthly payroll, CPF contributions, statutory submissions, and leave records.
  • Process, monitor, and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals via MOM EP Online.
  • Ensure compliance with quota requirements, levy obligations, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) guidelines.
  • Liaise directly with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment-related matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry preferably
  • Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
