Human Resource Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Serve as the main HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace by promoting strong employee engagement and healthy working relationships.
- Coach and support managers in the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and people management practices.
- Manage recruitment activities and support workforce planning initiatives to meet business needs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes where required.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and collaborate with regional or corporate HR teams to implement effective people solutions.
- Participate in HR planning, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
