Job Description

Human Resource Business Partner

Are you passionate about driving people strategies and partnering with business leaders to create a positive workplace culture We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to support key HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  • Serve as the main HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace by promoting strong employee engagement and healthy working relationships.
  • Coach and support managers in the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and people management practices.
  • Manage recruitment activities and support workforce planning initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes where required.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and collaborate with regional or corporate HR teams to implement effective people solutions.
  • Participate in HR planning, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
