Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to support organisational goals through strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
- Implement and administer HR policies, programmes, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace issues.
- Foster a positive employee experience by promoting strong employee engagement and maintaining productive workplace relationships.
- Lead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and recommendations for effective outcomes.
- Support recruitment initiatives and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs.
- Coach and guide managers on HR policies, people management practices, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR teams across the organisation to drive continuous improvement, implement HR initiatives, and enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Contribute to HR strategy, manpower planning, and organisational development initiatives as part of the management team.
- Support HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a HR Business Partner or generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, HR policies, and employment practices.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
