Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with stakeholders and management teams to align HR strategies with business goals and operational priorities.
- Implement and administer HR policies, processes, and best practices while ensuring consistency and compliance across the organisation.
- Provide professional HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a broad range of people-related matters.
- Foster a positive employee experience by promoting strong employee relations and a collaborative workplace culture.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness and workforce performance.
- Conduct investigations and manage employee concerns, grievances, and workplace matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee development, workplace practices, and policy interpretation.
- Contribute to manpower planning, organisational development, succession planning, and HR strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to drive continuous improvement and implement impactful HR programmes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while supporting HR projects and process enhancements.
- Participate in strategic discussions as a key member of the site leadership team and contribute to business growth objectives.
- Undertake additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
