Job Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships across all organization levels, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
- Develop and inspire internal HR capabilities.
- Lead organizational development and transformation efforts, including change management and team building.
- Drive annual performance and compensation reviews.
- Lead in workforce and talent succession planning with senior business leaders.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of HR Business Partnering experience
- Proven success in implementing strategic HR projects stakeholder management.
- Strong busines acumen with experience in driving organization development efforts.
