Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice and operational HR support.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary cases, grievances, and performance management issues.
  • Advise employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support engagement and productivity.
  • Support HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and compliance activities.
  • Oversee work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees.
  • Contribute to HR process enhancements and participate in HR-related projects.
