Human Resource Business Partner, HR Senior/ Executive

What you'll be doing

• Provide HR advice to managers on policies, employment legislation, and employee relations matters
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
• Coordinate performance management, grievance handling, and offboarding processes
• Draft, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making
• Drive process improvements and support HR initiatives and projects as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
• 1 - 5 years of working experience, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare/ corporate environment
• Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
