What you'll be doing
- Provide HR advice to managers on policies, employment legislation, and employee relations matters
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate performance management, grievance handling, and offboarding processes
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Drive process improvements and support HR initiatives and projects as assigned
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
- 1 - 5 years of working experience, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare/ corporate environment
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
