Human Resources Business Partner
We are pleased to be partnering with a well-regarded and established institution that is expanding its regional presence and remains deeply committed to excellence in learning and people development. As the organisation enters a significant phase of growth and transformation, it is strengthening its people capabilities to support scalability, change, and long-term sustainability.
To support this next stage, the organisation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with leaders across the region. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR generalist who is keen to play an active role in organisational transformation while continuing to broaden their HR expertise.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple markets. You will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to the design and implementation of people initiatives aligned with the organisation's evolving strategy.
This hybrid role blends operational HR delivery with advisory and project-based responsibilities. As the organisation modernises its people practices, you will be actively involved in initiatives focused on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and culture. The position offers meaningful exposure to regional HR matters within a collaborative and values-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will partner closely with leaders in technology and product functions, providing practical and commercially grounded HR advice across a broad range of generalist areas, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development. You will support managers in addressing people matters with confidence, empathy, and consistency, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations.
You will contribute to organisational change initiatives driven by growth, restructuring, or evolving operational needs. This includes supporting change management activities, communications planning, and the rollout of new HR frameworks, policies, or processes.
A core focus of the role will be the continuous improvement of HR practices across the region. You will support HR projects such as policy alignment, succession and talent planning, employee engagement initiatives, and enhancements to HR systems and reporting. Working collaboratively with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners, you will help deliver scalable, pragmatic people solutions aligned with the organisation's long-term objectives.
You will also support governance and compliance across jurisdictions, liaising with external advisors as required, while building manager capability through coaching and guidance on effective people leadership.
About You
The successful candidate will have 57 years of progressive HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained in complex or multi-stakeholder environments such as professional services, non-profit, or purpose-driven organisations. Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations will be highly advantageous.
You are comfortable operating in environments that are evolving and not yet fully standardised, and you enjoy building structure, improving processes, and introducing new ways of working. You bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach, combined with the ability to think critically and provide thoughtful, balanced advice to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and sound judgement are essential, along with the ability to balance empathy with business needs. You are organised, adaptable, and resilient, with a genuine interest in contributing to organisational growth and creating positive employee experiences. This role will suit someone who is curious, innovative, and motivated by the opportunity to be part of a meaningful transformation journey within a mission-driven organisation.
