We're seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Singapore business. This role partners closely with senior leaders and line managers to deliver effective people strategies that enable business growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, confident in stakeholder management, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing practical and strategic people guidance.
Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and workforce plans.
Support organisational change initiatives including restructuring, team expansion and role redesign.
Provide HR insights to improve performance, engagement and productivity.
Drive performance management processes, talent reviews and succession planning.
Partner with leaders on recruitment strategies and senior hiring.
Support leadership development, employee engagement and capability building initiatives.
Facilitate internal mobility and career development where appropriate.
Manage employee relations matters including performance issues, misconduct, grievances and disciplinary actions.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance on terminations, investigations and risk mitigation.
Act as the key HR contact for MOM-related matters when required.
Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Partner with HR Operations, Finance and external vendors on payroll, benefits and HR administration.
Ensure accurate documentation, governance and people data management.
Champion company values and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Coach managers on people leadership, employee engagement and effective communication.
Support initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and teamwork.
8-12+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or senior HR generalist.
Proven experience supporting business leaders in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Experience managing employee relations and organisational change.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
