Job Description

We are looking for a responsible HR Executive to support our construction project in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
  • Maintain and update employee records, including both physical and digital files (e.g. employment contracts, leave records)
  • Manage payroll and attendance records, including collection and verification of working days and employee bank details
  • Process work passes (WP/SP/EP) applications, renewals and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations
  • Liaise with MOM and relevant authorities on HR-related matters
  • Update internal HR databases with new hire information
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare HR-related reports (e.g. headcount, hires by department)
  • Support daily HR and administrative operations
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and leave entitlements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Singapore
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass processes
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Experience in construction industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills in English
