Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to ensure smooth office operations and assist team members with organizational tasks in a dynamic art gallery environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, organize files, and coordinate office supplies to maintain efficient office operations
- Process invoices and office expenses, supporting basic accounting and financial tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Perform data entry, prepare reports, and assist with travel and event arrangements to support team productivity
- Maintain office equipment and organize the workspace to promote a tidy and efficient environment
- Assist with onboarding documentation and maintain employee records to support basic HR functions as needed
- Execute other ad-hoc administrative duties to meet the team's operational requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role (more than 3 years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail demonstrated through accurate handling of administrative and financial tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to support office functions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Working Hours: 10am - 7pm (on-site)
5 days/ Week
