Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Factors Specialist based in SGH.. The Human Factors Specialist will be responsible for applying human factors engineering principles, conducting task analysis, and usability engineering to optimize healthcare systems and processes. This role includes the assessment of human performance technology and the implementation of user-centered design methodologies to enhance patient and staff experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Human Factors Engineering and Human Factors methodologies
- Experience in Task Analysis and Usability Engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in SGH
- Bachelor&aposs/Master&aposs degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, Industrial design or a related field
- Experience in healthcare or clinical settings is an advantage
