HR Ops

  • Provide full spectrum of employee life-cycle activities from onboarding to offboarding support including employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, reference checks as well as work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • HR end-to-end operational support for HR & TA business partners
  • Support employee enquiries on HR admin matters
  • Overall HRIS system administrator
  • HR related enhancement projects
  • HRBP updates and HR Reporting as required
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned by Manager

Payroll

  • End to end payroll for assigned entities
  • Check payroll for non-assigned entities
  • Obtain bank file approvals for all entities
  • Mentor/Coach assigned trainees to prepare payroll
  • Related payroll reporting
