Job Description
HR Ops
- Provide full spectrum of employee life-cycle activities from onboarding to offboarding support including employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, reference checks as well as work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- HR end-to-end operational support for HR & TA business partners
- Support employee enquiries on HR admin matters
- Overall HRIS system administrator
- HR related enhancement projects
- HRBP updates and HR Reporting as required
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by Manager
Payroll
- End to end payroll for assigned entities
- Check payroll for non-assigned entities
- Obtain bank file approvals for all entities
- Mentor/Coach assigned trainees to prepare payroll
- Related payroll reporting
