Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage overseas recruitment channels based on international business needs, headhunt and recruit localized foreign personnel, and complete talent delivery tasks.
-Manage overseas outsourcing suppliers, understand the cultural and employment policies of different countries and regions, and assist business departments in localizing personnel management.
-Understand the operational status and team dynamics of international business, support enhanced employee communication management, and provide customized solutions tailored to business needs.
-Deliver tailored HR solutions for international business, including employee relations, performance management, and talent review, to assist business departments in improving organizational performance.
-Assist in implementing corporate culture, HR policies, and systems within international business operations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with familiarity in recruitment modules overseas HR management experience is preferred.
-Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use -English as a working language.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, with an honest, pragmatic, flexible yet principled approach to work.
