Overview
You will help support the drive for HR process harmonization, digitalisation and automation and use of AI in SEA. You'll support the SEA markets in adopting new ways of working /processes and ensuring that solutions are well-documented, scalable, tested, and shared across the region.
You will also support employee engagement survey data activities, helping analyse and present insights that inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Be involved in building and managing power automation workflows tailored to different stakeholders requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for selected SEA market(s), ensuring they have the support and guidance needed, help in troubleshooting, and escalating to SEA Lead when required.
- Follow up with market(s) to ensure process maps, documentation, and automation solutions are completed and stored in the shared repository.
- Help review and ensure that all new and existing automations /AI use are properly documented (using existing templates or creating new templates) so they are easy to replicate (plug and play) in other markets.
- Identify, track and escalate pain points and opportunities for streamlining, harmonization, automation and AI.
- Tracking metrics of AI and Automation projects, including learning program progress for HR teams
- Help develop FAQs or playbooks to reduce repeated issues.
- Support in regular AI&Automation Champion Connect meetings/updates in Teams Channel e.g. capturing success stories, documenting sharing and next steps, sharing new tools and quick tips (if applicable).
- Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI and automation, embedding guardrails for data privacy and compliance
Employee Engagement Survey Support
- Consolidate survey data and prepare summaries or dashboards.
- Support analysis of results to identify key themes, trends, and action areas
- Identify new approaches to share results from the different global surveys to relevant stakeholders .
Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Be up to date on new tools, features, and best practices in automation, AI, and HR technology.
- Test relevant new features (with guidance) and share insights, possible use cases with the team.

- Communication skills - Clear and concise, able to summarise key points and follow up actions
- Data skills - Comfortable working with data, summarising key points, and presenting insights clearly
- Stakeholder management - Able to work with HR colleagues across multiple markets, understand their challenges, and provide support
- Problem-solving mindset - Enjoys figuring things out and finding solutions even if the solutions are not straightforward
- Curiosity & learning mindset - Enthusiastic about exploring, learning and testing out new tools, frameworks and technologies
Experience & Qualifications
- Required: 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365 Tools (Teams, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Preferred: Experience in HR operations, Power BI, project coordination, stakeholder management
