Your Role in VT Markets
The Global HR Digital Transformation Specialist plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and governing VT Markets HR technology ecosystem. You will lead HRIS modernization, drive HR process automation, and enable data-driven HR operations as the company grows from 350 to 700 employees. Working closely with Global HR COE, IT, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and ensure scalable, secure, and integrated HR systems with high global adoption.

Experience & Background- Minimum 35 years of experience in HR digital transformation, HRIS, HR analytics, or HR process optimization.
- Prior experience in supporting global or multi-country HR operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle / HiBob / Dayforce) is highly advantageous.
Technical & Digital Skills- Strong capability in HR technology implementation, workflow automation, and process digitalization.
- Experience with HR dashboards, data visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Understanding of API integrations, automation tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath), or HR data structures.
- Basic coding skills (SQL, Python, or JavaScript) are a plus.
Project & Change Management- Ability to lead and support end-to-end HR digital projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and training delivery.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Agile HR) is an advantage.
Soft Skills- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking ability.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and regional leaders.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global HR digital transformation strategy, with a strong focus on HRIS modernization, data architecture, and AI-enabled HR processes.
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of the HRIS and related data architecture (data models, integrations, security, access controls, privacy) across regions.
- Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI-powered HR tools (e.g., recruiting automation, candidate screening/assessment, employee engagement analytics, learning recommendations, chatbots) to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and decision quality.
- Manage vendor selection, procurement, and governance for HR technology, including budgeting, roadmap alignment, SLAs, and contract management.
- Build and maintain HR analytics capabilities: dashboards, metrics and tie to business outcomes; ensure data quality and governance.
- Lead change management activities: communications, training, rollout plans, and adoption programs to ensure successful implementation across global teams.
- Collaborate with IT, Data & Analytics, Compliance, and Global HR COE to ensure data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise IT standards.
- Ensure ongoing process optimization and documentation to sustain scalable operations as the organization grows.
