Job Description:
- Lead and supervise a team of officers in delivering HR Business Process Outsourcing services, including end-to-end recruitment, scholarship and internship administration, leave and benefits management, training administration, events coordination, as well as data entry, reporting, and analytics.
- Ensure smooth daily operations in alignment with established policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations.
- Review, verify, and/or approve team deliverables in accordance with SOPs.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members.
- Work closely with the HR Manager/Director on staff development, training plans, performance reviews, and team welfare.
- Monitor and achieve established KPIs.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and participate in working-level meetings and discussions with customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address issues in a timely manner.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and propose corrective actions to the Branch Head/Director.
- Uphold high ethical standards and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Prior experience in a shared services environment is an advantage.
- Experience working in government ministries or statutory boards is preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday is an added advantage.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability and the ability to pick up new skills.
- Demonstrates high initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organised.
- Independent and resourceful, while also being a strong team player results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
