[What the role is]
Provide adminsitrative support and paricular to managing procurement process and submission in GeBIZ system, contracts and vendors etc.
[What you will be working on]
- Raise Purchase Order for new buy and generate Goods Receipt to process e-invoices for IT division
- Process procurement submission in GeBIZ system
- Manage and maintain Procurement, Contracts and other departmental records
- Schedule meeting invite and room booking for department meetings
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks where required
[What we are looking for]
Job Requirements
- Education level: GCE N or O Level
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience in procurement
- Good communications and able to work independently
- Meticulous with positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Government finance and procurement systems and processes is an advantage
