About the Role
Our client, a well-established construction company in Singapore, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition professional to manage project-based hiring needs. The role primarily focuses on engineering-related positions and does not involve foreign worker recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs for projects.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit work pass applications for selected candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment records to ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of local recruitment practices and MOM guidelines.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple project hiring timelines.
