Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of human resources and rewards programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing employment-related matters such as hiring, onboarding, contract administration, terminations, and retirements
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records related to benefits, compensation, leave management, and retirement
  • Compiling and submitting statistical reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies
  • Administering and implementing compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies
  • Overseeing and managing relationships with HR outsourcing vendors
  • Handling end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring timely submission of government-related taxes and statutory contributions in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Coordinating the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, and issuing job offers
  • Managing work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, maintaining employee personnel files, and updating the HR information system
  • Conducting new hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Administering employee benefits and claims, such as insurance, medical claims, health screenings, and pre-employment medical checks; managing the company leave system
  • Handling training administration, including maintaining training and ISO training records, as well as managing SDF and company-sponsored course claims
  • Building strong relationships with line managers and business units to ensure effective HR service delivery
  • Acting as an HR advisor, providing guidance to managers and employees on company policies and employment legislation
  • Preparing regular manpower reports and HR analytics for management review
  • Leading briefings and training sessions for employees and stakeholders
  • Performing other HR-related duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a HR generalist/specialist
  • Proficent in Microsoft Office application, particularly in Excel
