HR Specialist, L&D (Manufacturing MNC | East)

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify emerging learning and development needs
• Conduct, evaluate and follow-up on post training assessment and feedback. Monitor training effectiveness of training programmes delivered are current, relevant and effective
• Prepare and monitor yearly training budget
• Support L&D administration and operations matter
• Perform end-to-end support on learning and development programs and liaising closely with both internal and external stakeholders
• Perform Research on training trends, developments and practices and supports the development of training frameworks
• Business Partnering with Line Managers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 5 years of L&D specialized experience and operations support
• Prior experience with HR Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
