The HR Specialist is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administrationand HR business relations. They ensure smooth HR operations, support employee engagement, and assist business department from HR perspective.

Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, or related field.
. 2-5 years in HR roles (recruitment, generalist, or specialist).
. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. High level of confidentiality and problem-solving ability.
. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin
. Occasionally business travel to HQ in Hangzhou, China
