Job Summary
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role in Singapore manages daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance. Collaborate with managers on workforce planning, performance appraisals, and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate talent effectively
- Administer payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws and company policies
- Facilitate employee relations and engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate performance management processes including appraisals and feedback to support employee development
- Collaborate with department managers to plan workforce needs and professional growth initiatives
- Utilize HR management software to maintain employee records and streamline HR operations
- Apply strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize HR tasks and resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms to support HR functions and stakeholder engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a corporate HR role or familiarity with HR practices in Singapore
