Responsibilities & Authorities:
Payroll
.Good hand-on knowledge in Payroll processing and has managed payroll for 200 hc.
.Familiar and good working knowledge in MOM Employment legislations pertaining to Payroll computations, CPF processing and IRAS tax computation legislations including for Expats,
.Processing and preparation of monthly Payroll reports for internal stakeholders &/Finance reconciliations.
.Support in MOM salary data survey and/or other MOM requests pertaining to payroll/salary matters.HRIS system support & Upgrading
.Prior working knowledge in using HRIS system able to navigate and support HRIS system upgrading as required.
.Work with external Payroll vendor on HRIS system support &/ upgrading matters.
.Prior working experience &/ knowledge in HRIS system implementation and upgrading will be a plus
C&B
.Conduct periodic benchmarking and market analysis on existing C&B &/ as require to ensure our C&B structure stay competitive comparing to market demands/situation. And recommend best practices and review where applicable.
.Work closely with Business Functions on areas pertaining to C&B related matters, Performance Management support as required.
.Support the performance management process, including performance evaluations data and accuracy. Assist in the development and implementation of performance metrics and evaluation tools/table/data to assess employee performance effectively.
.Advise on compensation adjustments for employees, (example promotions, lateral moves, annual changes etc)
.E-Performance system launch (Global platform) support, implement and execution. Launch and roll-out to NTS SG site.
.HR data analytics reporting / HR data analysis.
.Support budget planning on cost and allocation.
Other HR Support
.Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to performance management and C&B policies
.Support LMS system employees data accuracy &/ updates, manage Training Administration, including training registration, training grants submission &/ matters and sourcing of suitable training vendors.
.Support Leadership programs.
.Work with managers to identify competency gaps and create targeted development plans to address these gaps.
.Other tasks assigned by reporting officer.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
.Prior working experience and good knowledge in Payroll processing, with good understanding of MOM legislations on payroll computations & regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax filing legislations etc.
.High compliance in mind.
.Good working experiences in HR data/analytics skills. Ability to manage HR reporting and HR data analysis.
.Hands-on on HRIS system navigation, implementation, execution, upgrading, system support as required
.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
.Knowledge in Market Salary Data benchmarking mechanism and methodology. To review existing C&B &/ as require to ensure our C&B structure stay competitive comparing to market demands/situation. And recommend best practices and review where applicable.
.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, pivot) and HRIS systems.
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience
.Min 5 years of working experience in HR payroll, with a focus on C&B enhancement, market data benchmarking, performance management support, preferably in a manufacturing/Semicon environment.
Education
.Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR (e.g., IHRP-CP) is a plus.
