Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and assessment
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit
  • Support HR compliance, employment contracts, and policy updates
  • Partner external advisors on regional labour law and compliance matters
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives across the region
  • Act as key liaison between regional teams and global HR
  • Support HR projects and operational initiatives as required

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with end-to-end exposure
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations, compliance, and employment regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
