Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and assessment
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit
- Support HR compliance, employment contracts, and policy updates
- Partner external advisors on regional labour law and compliance matters
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives across the region
- Act as key liaison between regional teams and global HR
- Support HR projects and operational initiatives as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with end-to-end exposure
- Proven ability to manage HR operations, compliance, and employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
