Job Description

Job Responsibilities 
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across APAC, including onboarding, employee movements, promotions, transfers, contract amendments, leave administration, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and administer all HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, employee letters, organizational change documentation, and other employment-related records.
  • Ensure employee files and HR records are maintained accurately, securely, and in accordance with data privacy and retention requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining audit-ready documentation, providing required records, and ensuring compliance with established controls and processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure timely processing and documentation of employee changes throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR operational matters, policies, and employee-related inquiries.
  • Support employee relations matters and assist with investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions as required.
  • Coordinate and administer performance management cycles and other annual HR processes.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and governance requirements across APAC countries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve controls, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Support HR projects, organizational changes, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional and global HR teams to drive consistent execution of HR processes and standards across the employee lifecycle.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and employment practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage completing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, identify practical solutions, and drive resolution.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate changing business priorities and evolving organizational needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Japanese proficiency preferred to work with Japanese counterparts
