Brief Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Senior Executive with a strong focus on Learning and Development. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals. Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with various departments to promote and support development initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong emphasis on Learning and Development. Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Familiarity with HRIS and other performance management tools.
