We are now looking for an experienced and hands-onSenior HR Executive to lead the full spectrum of HR functions, driving HR initiatives that support our business strategy while fostering a positive and engaging workplace.
What will you do
- Manage the overall human resource administration for Screening Eagle Singapore PteLtd.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies aligned with the overall business strategies
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of staff.
- Assist the management to improve, oversee and manage the performance appraisal system.
- Keep yourself and management updated on the latest industry standards, systems and technology.
- Maintain up-to-date information on industry pay and benefits.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Support management in creating a positive working environment, and organizing company events and celebrations.
- Submit regular reports and HR metrics as required by management
- Provide other support as and when needed.
What do we expect
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration IHRP certification an advantage.
- At least 5 years of full-spectrum HR experience, including 2 years in a HRbusiness partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, MOM regulations and work pass applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills hands-on, independent and discreet with confidential information proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- BasicAI literacy an advantage (E.g. Claude, ChatGPT)
