What you'll be doing
- Administer endtoend payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements and statutory compliance
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including allowances, claims, and employee benefits schemes
- Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payroll and benefits matters
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to provide insights for HR strategy and improvements
- Assist in process improvements and payroll system enhancements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or a related studies
- 1 - 3 years of experience in payroll administration and compensation & benefits, preferably in a medium to largescale organisation
- Good knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and employment regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software
