Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), communication materials, and user guides for performance and rewards modules.
Assist with data migration, extraction, consolidation, and resolving system-related queries.
Collect and review stakeholder feedback on system design and process flows.
Provide data support and analytics for performance, compensation, and benefits decisions.
Prepare reports, consolidate data for budgeting, and support regular performance and compensation reporting.
Review compensation proposals outside approved parameters and assist with market/industry surveys.
Participate in other Rewards-related or corporate projects as required.
